Something a little different this week. We had a few ideas sent to us, one of which was for a featured artist slot. This week we are featuring VLMV (pronounced ALMA), a London-based post-rock project led by songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Pete Lambrou, known for their achingly beautiful immersive music that blends post-rock, ambient, shoegaze, and contemporary classical elements. Formed in 2015, VLMV has released several albums and EPs, including Stranded, Not Lost (2018) and Sing With Abandon (2022), and gained a reputation for their powerful live performances. A limited edition of the classic ALMA album with remixes, live tracks and bonus tracks is available now via the artists Bandcamp page. The first track is The Gardener from ALMA 10 Year Anniversary Edition.

The special edition of ALMA contains the spatial audio remix of the original 7 tracks, the brand new Robin Southby (Maybeshewill) remix of The Gardener, and various live tracks (Remixed and remastered) and new versions most of which are exclusively only available via Bandcamp. The second track we’re featuring is To The Stars from ALMA 10 Year Anniversary Edition

The next track is from the forthcoming A Study of The English Countryside (Dolby Atmos Binaural Mix), which releases October 27, 2025 and is called First Light, Early Morning, With Birdsong

and finally All These Ghosts with the haunting vocal from the album Stranded, Not Lost
